We invented the Coconut Paddle to offer an alternative option to the existing paddles that you see in today’s marketplace.

A traditional paddle utilizes a club style handle grip. We’ve developed and implemented a precision style Coconut Grip. Our paddle affords players the opportunity to experience table tennis in an entirely different fashion. The ergonomics of our handle gives players extra utility as the unit acts as a natural extension of the arm and less effort is required to hang onto and maneuver it.

We rolled out Coconut V1 in January 2016. We treated 2016 as an R&D year, given Coconut was a brand new invention. At the end of the year we gathered all of the consumer feedback - both negative and positive - and reassessed the paddle.

We spent the next 10 months incorporating all of that feedback from V1 into Coconut V2 and developed the finished product that you see today. It is a bit smaller, lighter and much faster than V1. We switched out and enhanced every component, from the wood to the rubber and refined the shape and aesthetic of the blade.

We create each paddle from Okoume and Cedar wood. After the wood is trimmed to shape we apply a flat sponge rubber (red/black) so that your Coconut is available for immediate play. The rubber is applied with speed glue so if you wear it out or would like to replace it with a different rubber this can be done with ease. Our Coconut Handle is made for both left and right handed players.

Both the V1 and V2 paddle are fully patented.
